guest rooms and parlor. One-story duplexes and cottages
surround the congregate building giving the community
a neighborhood feel.
Through a combination of a partially refundable entrance fee
and
a reasonable monthly service fee, residents are able to secure
their living expenses. The monthly service fee covers a
