The Purcell Group partners with a sponsor in the community where the project is being contemplated. This sponsor will be an organization, or group of organizations, that recognize the value of keeping older adults in their community and has a mission to promote high quality retirement housing within that community. This sponsor must have both the commitment to enhance the lifestyles of seniors in their area and the resources to assist in moving the project forward.

Home Care Providers • Foundations • Skilled Care Facilities

As with all worthwhile goals, the task of moving forward can be daunting. Even with the resources and commitment, community sponsors still need an expert to bring the pieces together.
